Bencze Autochton 2022 White Wine
Bencze Autochton 2022 is a white wine produced by István Bencze on the northern shore of Lake Balaton. It is a blend of Furmint, Hárslevelű, and Kéknyelű, all sourced from a single vineyard planted in 2015 on a hillside surrounding the lake.
The wine is aged using a combination of ceramic amphorae and French oak barrels.
It is bottled without filtration, fining, or the addition of sulfites. Vineyard work follows the principles of biodynamic agriculture.
