Bencze Pinot Gris Impromptu nº1 2022 White Wine
Bencze Pinot Gris Impromptu No.1 Blanco 2022 is a white wine crafted by István Bencze on the northern shores of Lake Balaton.
It is a single-varietal Pinot Gris grown on basaltic, volcanic soils.
The wine is aged in clay amphorae for 14 months on its own lees, followed by a minimum of one additional year of bottle aging.
It is bottled without fining or filtration and with no added sulfites. Vineyard work follows biodynamic farming principles.
