Bencze Riesling 2022 White Wine
Bencze Riesling 2022 is a white wine produced by István Bencze on the northern shore of Lake Balaton. It is a single-varietal Riesling, sourced from a vineyard planted on basaltic/volcanic soils.
The wine is aged in clay amphorae for 14 months on its lees, followed by a minimum of one year of bottle aging.
It is bottled without filtration, fining, or the addition of sulfites. Vineyard work follows the principles of biodynamic agriculture.
