Charlotte Sonjon Complices Jacquère White 2024 is a white wine produced by Charlotte Sonjon in Chautagne & Brison-Saint-Innocent, in the Savoie region of France.
It is a blend of Altesse, Jacquère, Chardonnay, and Aligoté sourced from vineyards with clay-limestone and sandy soils.
The wine undergoes direct pressing followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
After fermentation, it is aged on its lees for several months.
It is neither filtered nor stabilized, and only a minimal amount of sulfur is added at bottling.
