Verónica Ortega GLOC Ancestral Rosado 2019 is a sparkling rosé wine produced by Bodegas Vinifícate and Verónica Ortega in the Bierzo region of Castilla y León. The wine is a blend of Mencía and Godello from old vines in the area of Castilla.
The wine undergoes an 8-hour skin maceration followed by a spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts.
It is then aged on its fine lees for 3 years and 5 months in bottle.
