Verónica Ortega Kinki Tinto 2020
Verónica Ortega Kinki Red 2020 is a red wine produced by Verónica Ortega in the village of Valtuille, in the Bierzo region.
The wine is a field blend of Mencía, Palomino, Doña Branca, Godello, and other very old vines planted on degraded slate and clay soils at an altitude of 750 meters above sea level.
The grapes are hand-harvested, followed by 8 days of whole-cluster maceration and alcoholic fermentation in open-top conical vats.
The wine is aged for 8 months in 800L clay amphorae.
Unfiltered and unstabilized wine.
