Domaine Ganevat Varrons Viellies Vignes 2020 White Wine
Domaine Ganevat Varrons Vieilles Vignes Blanc 2020 is a white wine crafted by Jean-François Ganevat in the Jura.
It is a single-varietal Chardonnay sourced from very old vines grown on clay-limestone soils at an average altitude of around 300 meters.
Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, followed by an extended ageing of more than three years in used French oak barrels.
Unfined, unfiltered, and with no stabilization, this is a pure and expressive wine that reflects a minimal-intervention philosophy.
