Domaine Garnier Et Fils Petit Chablis Blanc 2023 is a white wine produced by Domaine Garnier Et Fils within the A.O.C Petit Chablis.
It is a single-varietal Chardonnay from vineyards located in Ligny-le-Châtel, a commune in the northern part of the region, in the Serein Valley, planted on limestone and clay soils with traces of marine fossils.
The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, where it also ages on its lees until racking and bottling.
