Jean Pierre RobinotL’Ange Vin L’Iris Blanco 2022 is a white wine produced by Jean Pierre Robinot in the Loire Valley, France. The wine is a single-varietal Chenin Blanc from estate vineyards over 90 years old, farmed according to biodynamic principles.
It undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in French oak barrels, where it is then aged on its lees for 24 months.
The wine is neither filtered, stabilized, nor fined.
