Jean Pierre Robinot Bistrologie 2023 White Wine
Jean-Pierre Robinot Bistrologie Blanco 2023 is a white wine made by Jean-Pierre Robinot in the Loire Valley, France, under the Vin de France designation.
It is a single-varietal Chenin Blanc from approximately 40-year-old vines, planted on clay-limestone soils rich in flint. The grapes are hand-harvested and directly pressed.
Fermentation takes place spontaneously with native yeasts, and the wine is aged for approximately 15 months in old oak barrels, developing pronounced tension and minerality.
It is made naturally, with no added sulphites, unfined and unfiltered. Classified as dry, although it retains a slight touch of residual sugar.
