Moreau Naudet Chablis 1r. Cru Vaillons 2023 White Wine
Moreau-Naudet Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons Blanc 2023 is a white wine produced by Domaine Moreau-Naudet within the Chablis A.O.C.
The wine is a single-varietal Chardonnay sourced from Premier Cru vineyards known as Vaillons, located in the villages of Préhy and Courgis, south of Chablis (Burgundy). The vines have an average age of 30 years, with very tightly controlled yields.
The wine is pressed and undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, followed by aging on the lees to add volume and texture.
This is the first vintage produced by Virginie Moreau, the wife of Stéphane Moreau, who took over the estate following Stéphane’s sudden passing.
