Pentecostés Varietales 2024 White Wine
Pentecostés Varietales 2024 White Wine is a white wine produced by Pentecostés in the subzone of O Rosal, within the Rías Baixas denomination of origin.
The wine is a single-varietal Albariño, Loureira, Treixadura y Godello de Barrica.
A direct pressing is carried out, and the must is cooled to 10°C before undergoing spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature of 14°C.
The wine is then aged in a combination of 90% stainless steel tanks and 10% used 300L French oak barrels.
