René Kientz Riesling Winzenberg Grand Cru Blanc 2023 is a white wine produced by René Kientz in Blienschwiller, in the Alsace region of France.
The wine is a 100% Riesling sourced from the prestigious Grand Cru Winzenberg vineyard, a south and south-east facing site planted on granite soils and regarded as one of the finest terroirs in Alsace for the variety.
Fermentation is carried out in a traditional manner to preserve the purity of the grape and the distinctive mineral character of the vineyard. The wine is then aged on its fine lees, gaining complexity, texture and depth while maintaining freshness and tension.
