Szóló Levegö 2021 White Wine
Szóló Fold 2022 is a white wine produced by Szóló in the Tokaj region of Hungary.
It is a field blend of Furmint (80%) and Hárslevelű (20%), sourced from a 60-year-old vineyard named Sipos-Palota in Tállya. The vines grow on basaltic and volcanic soils at approximately 280 meters above sea level.
The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts and is then aged for 5 months on its lees in an egg-shaped amphora.
It is bottled unpressed, unfined, and un-stabilized.
