Taro Vinícola 2021 White Wine
Taro Vinícola Blanco 2021 is a white blend made from Malvasía, Listán Blanco, and Diego grapes sourced from three distinct areas: La Geria, La Vegueta, and Juan Bello.
Each zone is vinified separately before the final blend is assembled. The Malvasía from La Vegueta, grown on calcareous soils, brings tension and minerality to the wine. In La Geria, both Listán Blanco and Malvasía are harvested to preserve freshness and acidity. Their co-fermentation helps tame the exuberant aromatics of the Malvasía, while the Listán Blanco contributes earthy and herbal notes.
To complete the blend, a small portion of Diego adds fluidity and a citrusy edge.
The wine is aged for 10 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
Limited production of 1,800 bottles.
