Taro Vinícola Frias 2021 White Wine
Taro Vinícola Frías Blanco 2021 is a single-varietal white wine made from Listán Blanco grapes sourced from historic vineyards over 100 years old in Lanzarote.
The vineyard is cultivated following biodynamic principles, and the wine is made with a natural approach. The vines grow on volcanic ash soils layered over clay.
Fermentation occurs spontaneously in stainless steel tanks, where the wine remains on its lees for over 10 months of aging.
This wine is neither clarified nor filtered, and production is limited to just 650 bottles.
