Taro Vinícola La nave 2021 White Wine
Taro Vinícola Blanco 2021 is a single-varietal white wine made from Malvasía on the island of Lanzarote. The vineyards are planted on volcanic soils, and the Malvasía vines come from two completely contrasting sites: Los Lajares and La Vegueta.
The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
About 25% of the must was kept in contact with the skins for a few days, while the rest was directly pressed.
A limited production of 2,200 bottles.
