Yann Durieux Les Grands Ponts Blancs Blanco 2021 is a white wine produced by Yann Durieux in the village of Messanges, in Burgundy.
The wine is a single-varietal Aligoté from 40-year-old vines with a southern exposure and limestone soils, sourced from the “Les Grands Ponts” parcel.
It is hand-harvested and undergoes spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, followed by 10 months of aging on its lees in stainless steel tanks.
