Adega do Ricón Ancestral Espumoso 2025
Adega do Ricón Ancestral Espumoso 2025 is a sparkling wine produced by Bodegas Ricón in Arbo, in the sub-area of the Tea zone, within the Rías Baixas region. This is a single-varietal Albariño. It is a project by Adrián Simón Ricón using the vineyards of his grandfather.
The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks and finishes in the bottle under crown cap. It rests for 4 months in the bottle until disgorgement. No sulfur correction, residual sugars from the must, and unfiltered.
Both in the vineyard and in the winery, they work under a minimal intervention philosophy.
