Adega do Ricón Ancestral Rosado Espumoso 2024 is a sparkling rosé wine produced by Bodegas Ricón in Arbo, in the sub-area of the Tea zone, within the Rías Baixas region. This is a blend of Mencía and Sousón. It is a project by Adrián Simón Ricón using the vineyards of his grandfather.
The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks and finishes in the bottle under crown cap. It rests for 4 months in the bottle until disgorgement on its lees. No sulfur correction, residual sugars from the must, and unfiltered.
