Domaine Lagille L’Inattendue Brut Sparkling is a sparkling wine produced by Domaine Lagille under the Champagne appellation.
This Champagne is a single-varietal Pinot Meunier from vineyards planted on clay and limestone soils.
Fermentation takes place spontaneously with native yeasts, and maceration is carried out with whole clusters.
The wine is aged on its lees (en rima) for 36 months.
