Jacques Lassaigne Millésime Champagne 2016 is a sparkling wine produced by the Jacques Lassaigne estate under the Champagne appellation. This vintage wine is a monovarietal made exclusively from 100% Chardonnay grapes.
It undergoes an extended ageing on lees (en rima) for 9 years, resulting in remarkable aromatic complexity and depth. On the palate, it offers great volume, richness, and finesse, showcasing the elegance of long-aged Blanc de Blancs Champagnes.
Disgorged in February 2025, it is a precise and expressive wine that reflects both the vintage character and the meticulous craftsmanship of the estate.
