Tibaldi Langhe Nebbiolo 2024 is a red wine made by Monica and Daniela Tibaldi in Pocapaglia, in the Roero area of Piedmont, Italy, under the Langhe D.O.C. appellation.
It is a 100% Nebbiolo, sourced from vineyards located in the municipality of Pocapaglia, at an altitude of 240 to 300 metres. The soils are silty loam, composed of 5% sand, 71% silt and 24% clay.
In the winery, the grapes are destemmed and gently crushed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, with the must remaining in contact with the skins for approximately 15–20 days at 26–28 °C. Frequent pump-overs are carried out to encourage the extraction of colour and tannins.
The wine is aged on its lees.
