Les Valseuses Como El Agua 2023 Red Wine
Les Valseuses Como El Agua Red 2023 is a red wine produced by Les Valseuses, the project of Antoine Le Court, in the Jura region of France.
The wine is a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay sourced from vineyards located around Les Planches-près-Arbois. This cuvée is one of the estate’s most personal expressions and combines both varieties in roughly equal proportions.
The winemaking consists of a co-maceration of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay as whole clusters for approximately two and a half months before pressing. Fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts.
The wine then continues its ageing without fining, filtration or the addition of sulphur.
