Les Valseuses Brutal 2023 Red Wine
Les Valseuses Brutal Red 2023 is a red wine produced by Les Valseuses, the project of Antoine Le Court, in the Jura region of France.
The wine is a single-varietal Mourvèdre sourced from organically farmed vineyards in Provence. This cuvée is part of the Brutal project, a series of limited-production wines made with minimal intervention.
The winemaking is based on whole-cluster infusion, with a maceration of approximately three months to achieve gentle extraction and preserve the purity of the fruit. Fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts.
The wine then continues its ageing following the estate’s natural philosophy, without fining, filtration or the addition of sulphur.
