Les Valseuses Cariñito 2022 Red Wine
Les Valseuses Cariñito Red 2022 is a red wine produced by Les Valseuses, the project of Antoine Le Court, in the Jura region of France.
The wine is a single-varietal Carignan sourced from old vines located in the Luberon region of southern France, farmed according to organic principles.
The winemaking is based on a very long direct press, seeking a delicate extraction and a lighter, fresher expression of the variety. Fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts.
The wine is then aged for approximately 24 months in large, very old foudres, allowing for slow evolution without any significant oak influence.
It is bottled without fining, filtration or the addition of sulphur.
