Adega Entre Os Ríos Komokabras Naranja 2024 is a skin-contact white wine made by Adega Entre Os Ríos in A Pobra do Caramiñal, IGP Barbanza e Iria, Galicia.
It is a 100% Albariño. The grapes undergo 5 weeks of skin maceration in a 300-litre clay amphora, with fermentation at ambient temperature using wild yeasts. The wine is then aged for 10 months in the same amphora.
It is a white wine made in a red-wine style, with the prolonged skin contact providing structure and volume.
