Adega Entre Os Ríos Komokabras Verde Blanco 2024
Adega Entre Os Ríos Komokabras Verde 2024 is a white wine made by Adega Entre Os Ríos in A Pobra do Caramiñal, IGP Barbanza e Iria, Galicia.
It is a 100% Albariño made from vineyards planted on granite, schist and xabre soils. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo a short pre-maceration before gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts and temperature control.
The wine is a blend from three tanks: one undergoes malolactic fermentation and remains on its lees for around 8 months, while the other two do not undergo malolactic fermentation or lees ageing, combining volume and freshness. Production for the 2023 vintage was approximately 12,000 bottles.
