Adega Entre Os Ríos Komokabras Amarillo 2024 White Wine
Adega Entre Os Ríos Komokabras Amarillo 2024 is a white wine made by Adega Entre Os Ríos in A Pobra do Caramiñal, IGP Barbanza e Iria, Galicia.
It is a 100% Albariño from vineyards planted on granite and schist soils. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo a short pre-maceration before gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks using wild yeasts and without malolactic fermentation.
The wine is then aged for 9–10 months in used 225- and 500-litre French oak barrels, where it gains volume and structure while preserving the freshness of the variety. Production for the 2024 vintage was approximately 3,000 bottles.
