Entre Os Ríos Vulpes White 2020 is a white wine produced by Entre Os Ríos in the Barbanza e Iria area.
The wine is a single-varietal made from Branco Lexítimo (also known as Albarín in Asturias or Raposo). The name of the wine, Vulpes, refers to the common fox—o raposo in Galicia. The vineyards range in age from 10 to 100 years.
A gentle pressing is carried out after a short skin maceration. Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, followed by an 11-month aging period in the same stainless steel tanks on its lees, without lees stirring.
The wine is bottled without fining or filtration
