La Ferme du Pasteur Coquin de Sort 2024 Rose Wine
La Ferme du Pasteur Coquin de Sort Rosé 2024 is a rosé wine produced by Ferme du Pasteur in the Drôme Provençale.
It is a blend of Grenache (70%) and Syrah (30%), sourced from vineyards with galets (rolled pebble) soils typical of the Drôme Provençale.
In the winery, both varieties undergo direct pressing together, followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
The wine is then aged on its lees in used French oak barrels for 3 months.
It is bottled without filtration or stabilization, preserving its natural character and expression.
