La Ferme du Pasteur Les Cairns Red 2024 is a red wine produced by Ferme du Pasteur in the Drôme Provençale.
It is a single-varietal Grenache sourced from old vines over 75 years of age, planted on galets (rolled pebble) soils in Drôme Provençale, between the Rhône and Auvergne regions.
In the winery, the grapes undergo a short maceration before pressing, followed by spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
The wine is then aged on its lees in used French oak barrels for 9 months.
It is bottled without filtration or stabilization, preserving its natural character.
