Antonio Míguez Amil Boas Vides 2020 is a red wine made from a blend of varieties: 30% Carabuñeira, 5% Caiño Longo, 30% Sousón, 15% Caiño da Terra, and 5% Brancellao, sourced from three historic vineyards in the Ribeiro region, within the municipality of Cenlle.
For this vintage, Antonio has chosen to certify the wine under the Ribeiro D.O. The wine is produced following biodynamic farming principles.
Fermentation takes place with around 30% whole clusters in 1,000L stainless steel tanks, using native yeasts. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation, including malolactic, followed by aging in 500L second-use French oak barrels. It is naturally clarified by decantation.
A total of 2,650 bottles and 100 magnums have been released to the market
