Baixas Lehnberg AB 22 Tinto 2022 is a sparkling red wine produced by Baixas Lehnberg Winery. It is a single-varietal wine made from Alacant Bouschet, a grape variety that is a cross between Petit Bouschet and Garnacha.

The winemaking method is ancestral, resulting in a sparkling wine from a single fermentation. All work in the winery is done solely using gravity, through rackings or transfers between tanks. The disgorgement is performed with the bottle upside down, without changing its temperature.

No nutrients or yeasts are added, and no sulfites are used. The wine is made following the principles of biodynamic agriculture. It is a bright wine with purple reflections, and its gastronomic profile makes it a great choice to accompany an entire meal.
