Bodegas Cerrón Matas Altas Red 2025 is a red wine produced by Bodegas Cerrón under the Jumilla appellation, in its westernmost area in Albacete.
The wine is a single-varietal Monastrell sourced from old, ungrafted vines planted on calcareous soils in the area of Fuente-Álamo.
The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation in wooden vats and open barrels, followed by 11 months of aging in 500 L and 5,000 L French oak barrels.
