Domaine La Côtelette Right Pinot Red 2024 is a red wine produced by Benoît Kilian at Domaine La Côtelette in Trugny, Burgundy, France.
The wine is a single-varietal Pinot Noir sourced from vineyards cultivated according to organic and biodynamic principles on the clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Saône.
Fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and a gentle 12-day whole-cluster maceration without punch-downs, favouring an infusion-style extraction. The wine is then aged, with half in large oak foudres and the other half in used 600-litre French oak barrels. It is bottled without fining, filtration or added sulphur.
