Domaine La Côtelette Le Pull Qui Nie La Montre Hachée White 2024 is a natural white wine made by Benoît Kilian in Trugny, Côte-d’Or, Burgundy, France, under the Vin de France designation.
It is made from 100% Chardonnay, sourced from a vineyard in Puligny-Montrachet owned by a friend of the producer and farmed by Benoît Kilian.
The grapes are hand-harvested and directly pressed. Fermentation takes place spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, and the wine ferments and ages in used barrels, with no new oak, to preserve the expression of the Chardonnay and the vineyard.
Production is extremely limited, with just one barrel made. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered, with no added sulphites.
