Fabien Henriot Palm Kitch Apéro Red 2023 is a red wine produced by Fabien Henriot in Lavigny, Jura.
The wine is a multi-varietal blend of Trousseau, Poulsard, Enfariné, Gamay, Puerion, and Chardonnay, combining red grapes with traditional local varieties grown on clay-limestone soils between the villages of Mantry and Sellières.
The wine is made using direct pressing in a vertical press and is bottled before the end of fermentation in order to retain its natural carbonation. It then undergoes more than two years of ageing in rima.
