Fabien Henriot Special K Red 2023 is a red wine produced by Fabien Henriot in Lavigny, Jura.
The wine is a single-varietal Kerner, a crossing between Riesling and Trollinger, sourced from clay-limestone soils located very close to the Jura region, but on the Swiss side of the border.
The harvest is carried out in four successive passes. All grapes are fully destemmed and directly pressed. The musts are refreshed and blended with each harvest pass, with the final pick taking place in October.
Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks on its own lees, and the wine is bottled in March.
Limited production of 340 bottles.
