Henri Chauvet De Cendre et d´Âme Très Vieux 2023 Red Wine
Henri Chauvet De Cendre et d’Âme Très Vieux Red 2023 is a red wine produced by Henri Chauvet within the A.O.C. Côtes d’Auvergne.
The wine is a blend of 70% Gamay from their most exclusive Abrupt vineyards and 30% Pinot Noir from vineyards used for their cuvée Vie Ordinaire. The soils are basaltic and blue marl, and the wine undergoes a 12-day whole-cluster maceration in stainless steel tanks.
It is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, both new and used.
