Tachin Viña Da Santa Tinto 2024
Tachin Viña Da Santa Red 2024 is a red wine produced by Tachin in the town of A Rúa, in the Valdeorras region (Ourense, Spain).
The wine is a field blend of Mencía (40%), Alicante Bouschet (20%), Arauxa (20%) and Godello (20%), sourced from centenarian vines in the case of the red varieties and vines over 25 years old for the Godello.
Fermentation is carried out spontaneously with indigenous yeasts. The wine is then aged for 6 months in old French oak barrels.
The wine is neither fined, filtered, nor stabilized.
Total production is limited to 400 bottles.
