Tachin Xela 2024 Red Wine
Tachin A Xela Red 2024 is a red wine produced by Tachin in the town of A Rúa, in the Valdeorras region (Ourense, Spain).
The wine is a blend of Alicante Bouschet (70%) and Arauxa (30%), sourced from centenarian vines.
Fermentation is carried out spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, followed by a 6-month aging period in old French oak barrels.
The wine is neither fined, filtered, nor stabilized.
