Tachin Meironas Blanco 2024
Tachín Meironas Blanco 2024 is a white wine produced by Bodegas Tachín in A Rúa.
The wine is a single-varietal Palomino, also known locally as Jerez. It undergoes a 19-hour skin maceration before being pressed and aged for 4 months in stainless steel and in bottle.
The name is given in memory of a small plot known as Meironas, near Viña Santa, which disappeared when the national road was built.
The wine is neither filtered, stabilized, nor fined.
