Christian Tschida Non Tradition 2022 White Wine
Christian Tschida Non Tradition Blanco 2022 is a white wine produced by Christian Tschida in the Burgenland region of Austria.
The wine is a single-varietal Grüner Veltliner sourced from vineyards with sandy-limestone soils.
The grapes are destemmed and undergo spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in French oak foudres.
It is then aged on its lees in 500L and 1000L barrels and foudres for 12 months.
