Christian Tschida Laissez Faire 2023 White Wine
Christian Tschida Laissez Faire Blanco 2023 is a white wine produced by Christian Tschida in the Burgenland region of Austria.
The wine is a single-varietal Riesling sourced from vineyards with sandy-limestone soils.
The grapes are destemmed and undergo spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in French oak foudres.
It is then aged on its lees in 500L barrels before spending a further 8 months in Stockinger barrels.
