Alessandro Viola Note di Bianco White 2025 is a white wine produced by Alessandro Viola in the Alcamo area, near Palermo, Sicily.
The wine is a single-varietal Grillo.
The grapes are directly pressed and fermented spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Vineyard work follows biodynamic farming principles, with a strong focus on preserving the natural balance of the ecosystem.
The wine is then aged on its lees in chestnut barrels for 7 months. It is bottled without filtration, fining or stabilization.
