Alessandro Viola Rosso Isi 2023 Red Wine
Alessandro Viola Rosso “Isi” 2023 is a red wine produced by Alessandro Viola in the Alcamo region, near Palermo in Sicily. It is a blend of Nero d’Avola and Nerello Mascalese.
The wine undergoes a 4-day maceration on the skins before fermenting spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Vineyard work follows biodynamic principles.
It is then aged on its lees in stainless steel for 6 months. The wine is bottled without fining, filtration, or stabilization.
