Giuseppe Cipolla Le Robbe Rosso 2023 is a red wine produced by Giuseppe Cipolla in Passofonduto, in the Platani Valley of Sicily. It is a blend of Nero d’Avola (95%) and Izolla (5%), sourced from vineyards ranging in age from 15 to 230 years. The vines are trained using the traditional Alberello system.
The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, followed by 6 months of aging on the lees in chestnut barrels.
It is bottled without fining, filtration, or stabilization
