Anders Frederik Steen Weightless Fingers Blanco 2023 is a white wine produced by Anders Frederik in the Ardèche region of France. The wine is a blend of Grenache and Grenache Blanc.
A direct press of both red and white grapes was carried out over five days, combining the two. All grapes come from our vineyards located on the southeast-facing hillside of Valvignères, in the area known as Valgrand. Fermentation then took place in a fiberglass tank, where the wine aged on its lees, which explains its more complex bitterness and aromatic profile.
The wine was bottled in June, directly from the tank, without any racking.
