Arnaud Chapuis Aligoté White 2024 is a white wine produced by Arnaud Chapuis in the village of Échevronne, in the heart of the Côte de Beaune within the Burgundy A.O.C.
This wine is a single-varietal Aligoté coming from a vineyard inherited from his grandfather. His family used to be winegrowers but not winemakers — something that changed with Arnaud’s arrival.
The goal is clear: biodynamic work in the vineyard and minimal intervention in the cellar, seeking the purest possible expression of the grape.
The wine is neither filtered, stabilized, nor fined.
